One cold frosty morning, I arrived at the armoury for the first time, I clapped eyes on her and it was love at fore sight. She had a stellar body, a lovely butt and a fine stock. But we did have our ups and downs, just like any relationship.
The first time I pulled her trigger she hit the target and I was knocked for six and left with a cut under my right eye and a bruised shoulder from the recoil. It was a terrible coupling but I didn’t care, we patched it up and we bonded over time. Soon I was striping her in the dark and rubbing oil all over her working parts. We even slept together. It felt so comfortable.
That old saying was so true... “You become one with your rifle” Then suddenly the relationship was over, she just disappeared and along came the SA80, and quite possibly one of the reasons I stopped wearing green. It was a very sad day when she was replaced. Please Share BULLIES AND BULSHIT Warning! If easily offended, I really do advise you not to read this book.
